Donate Items to the Welcome Center

Help us make our new location comfortable and welcoming, and stock the essentials returning citizens need.

For the people we serve:
Backpacks (new or gently used), new underwear and socks for men and women, toiletries, composition notebooks, etc.

For our space:
Large rugs, plants, planters, etc.

Shop our Amazon Wish List, or email Elaine at info@bigbendreentry.org to donate items you already have or to set up a drop-off time.

Attend a Coalition Meeting

We meet the 2nd Wednesday of every month from 1:30 – 3:00 PM at 3333 W. Pensacola St., Czajkoski Conference Room, Suite 230. Complete the form on the Contact Us page and, with your permission, we will add you to our email contact list. We’ll send the agenda out the Monday before each meeting.

Partner With Our Welcome and Wellness Center

Offer programming. Lead a class, training, or workshop at the Welcome and Wellness Center.

Refer clients. Connect the people you serve with the Welcome and Wellness Center.

Share your resources. Send us information about your organization and the services you provide so we can include it in the Resource Guide.

Come to a Community Event

BBARC is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization with a mission to increase public safety and reduce recidivism through collaborating and establishing community partnerships, identifying and providing services to currently and formerly incarcerated people, and empowering them to become productive, self-sufficient members of the community.
